I grew up in Hayden, Alabama, and attended college at Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama. I completed my Ph.D. in mathematics at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa under the supervision of Kyungyong Lee. I am currently an Assistant Research Professor at the University of Connecticut, where I am mentored by Ralf Schiffler and Kyu-Hwan Lee.
Here is my CV.
I work in algebraic combinatorics. I have two mathematical focuses: cluster algebras and symmetric functions. I am increasingly interested in using computation and machine learning to address open questions in these areas, particularly questions involving mutation-invariant and hereditary properties of quivers and cluster algebras, bijections on Dyck paths, and properties of Young tableaux.
You can read more details about my research in my research statement.
My Erdos number is 4: Blake Jackson - Kyungyong Lee - Jamie Radcliffe - Béla Bollobás - Paul Erdős .
